Welcome to the Department of Physics. We offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses designed to provide a strong foundation in theoretical and experimental physics. The Department of Physics of was started in the year 2014. Currently the department provides facilities for academic instructions at the undergraduate level. The electronics and general physical laboratories of the department are renovated in tune with the newly introduced semester of the University of Calicut. The computer lab, Chemical Lab and Electronics and General Physics Labs meets the needs of the students in connection with their project works. The number of students in each batch is 24. The subsidiary subjects are Mathematics and Chemistry
Students are encouraged to participate in ongoing research projects and have access to state-of-the-art laboratories and computing facilities. The department hosts regular seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to foster a vibrant scientific community.
